To change the password associated with your account select the Change Password option within the Account menu option.

Enter your existing password and the new password into the appropriate input fields. Note that for security reasons the actual characters will not be visible. You will be required to enter the new password value twice to ensure accuracy. When you are satisfied that you have entered these values accurately, hit the Submit button to finalize the request.

You should refer to the Account Policy page to view any restrictions which apply to your choice of password. These will typically include controls on the length and content of the password.

To use this function you must know your existing password. If you have forgotten your password you should follow the Forgotten Password link from the login page.

In the interests of security the platform will require you to change your password every 90 days. If you believe that the privacy of your password has been compromised at any time, you should change your password at the earliest opportunity.
